ZENNOTEMPLATES

Privacy Policy

This page describes what data the ZennoTemplates site receives, why it is needed and what you can do about it.

What data we receive

  • When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, name and username.
  • When you register by email: name, email and password. The password is stored as a hash; we never see it in plain form.
  • When you order: the order contents, its status and your ZennoLab login if it is needed to issue a template.
  • In the form on the contact page: name, email, phone and the message text.
  • In the support chat: the name you entered and the conversation.
  • When an extension license is validated: the license key and the extension installation ID.

Why it is needed

  • To let you sign in to your dashboard.
  • To process the order and issue the license.
  • To answer your request.
  • To keep a license working on one device, as the terms provide.

Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies: for signing in and for remembering the selected language. In addition, public pages use cookies of statistics services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): they show where visitors come from and how they use the site. No statistics are collected in the dashboard. The cart contents are stored in your browser.

Who receives the data

We do not sell data. The data is processed by technical services the site cannot work without: hosting, file storage and Telegram — for sign-in and notifications. Statistics services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) receive information about visits to public pages: which pages were opened, what actions were taken on them, the device type and the approximate region.

Your rights

You can ask what data about you is stored and request to correct or delete it. To do so, write to the support chat on the site or via the form on the contact page.

Changes to the policy

If the policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
